MeXerv – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation :

Mexerv trusts in assisting it’s customers as far as possible and hence has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, order cancellations will be considered:

  • If the cancellation request, is made within 24 hours of ordering our services or if the order did not reach the first step of the process, whichever comes first. In the event of cancellation post the 24 hour period or if the process has already been initiated, the cost incurred for processing until that time will be borne by the customer.
  • Cancellations made by the customer, are subject to the following charges:
  • Order Status Cancellation Charge
    Order Received – Process has not been initiated (within 24 hours) No Charge
    Order Entered – Process has been initiated and multiple stages completed (Post 24 hours) Charges deducted as per the cost incurred upto the last stage.
    Charges deducted as per the cost incurred upto the last stage. No refund. Customer will be charged the entire Invoice value.
  • In case of wrong drawings, designs or specifications given by the customer. If the error has been identified by the customer after the 24 hour period cancellation period, the cost incurred for processing until that time will be borne by the customer

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our payment gateway. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account.


Return & Replacement :

If you receive a damaged component or raw material, it should be reported through call or via e-mail to services@mexerv.com, within 8 hours of delivery. The return complaint must include the images/dimension reports/receipt of proof of purchase of the damaged components or raw material delivered.

Returns and replacements are considered:
  • In case the component or raw material is defective/damaged.
  • If wrong Item/Colour/Size/Quantity delivered.
Refunds

Once the order gets cancelled, the payment will be refunded to the customer tentatively within 10 working days. The refund will be processed according to the payment mode selected at the time of placing the order. The refund shall be processed at our end post receiving all the necessary information from the customer. Refunds will be made deducting the cancellation charges as prescribed by Mexerv.com.(mentioned above).
